YAY I just got back from New York – it was my 4th time in NYC, and i loved it. The weather was hot for a few days then rainned booo i did the sight seeing, museum, maddame tusurds and of course SHOPPING ! i  had a meeting there with a PR agent for my book and also an agency :O) got scouted whilst i was out there :O) …. ALSO …… i filmed SNOG, MARRY OR AVIOD last week, which be aired sometime in may keep you eyes peeled :O) and watch this space ….

Botox and Fillers-

Yes i know i’m only 25 BUT i definitely needed a lil freshening up so i went to Dr Rikin and he did the most amazing botox and fillers in my lips ever, he uses a number of different products and materials to give the best but most natural look ever. Due to his amazing work he is also a very close friend and i trust him with my life.

Tanning -

People always ask me how i get such a deep tan, well i’ve tried everything, the injections the tablets but recently i’ve started to use something called SUN ANGEL – it’s a 20 minute sunbed, whihc takes readings from your forehead and your fore arm. Amazing instant tan…. no fake spray tans for me… heres some more info on it :

Teeth -

At the moment i am wearing the Invisalign Invisable braces, theres amazing ( see before and after photos ) bare in mind i ave gone 14 months and i still have 4 to go ! i go to a lady called KLAUDIA TOMBOLIS at James hull in London. She is one of the nicest denist you ill ever meet and has helped me choose the right treatment from the start, she was very honest from the word go, as i originaly went into see her about venners.

Yes i went to Vegas the party gambeling capital May 2010 to d a test shoot for a huge photo shoot.  It was an amazing time and i cant wait to jet back there !

The year was 2004 and i was off on my travels to the country side to try and bag myself a farmer ….. 8 weeks later and i was back in the city with the title of coming in the top 3 of LIVING TV hit show “Dirty Cows” it was an amazing experience and i made so many new friends, including my current best friend Thea Montgomerie-Anderson :O)

Hey Everyone …. so it’s been a while since i’ve updated my site, i’m still around, just been having a bit of time off from modeling and London and chilling in Manchester BUT i’m back now :O) and slowly getting into everything again whooohhooo so be expecting some big things coming up soon :O)

So recently i have been well busy …. started my new acting classes and been wokring my little toshi off !

I have also started the wheels turning on teh book i have written which will be finished at the end of 2010, what kind of book you may ask… it’s about my life and life in genral :O) has lots of truths and i pull the lid wide open on the glamour world ! If your industry you’ll find it very amusing ! if your not haha you’ll love it !

Recently since dying my hair dark i have been told i look like Megn Fox, so my dear friend and fab photograpgher ( samara morris ) decided to do a quick shoot for me. After the professinal hair and make-up had been done, i did start to think “maybe i do a lil  hopefuly this will help me on my quest to concor the big screen…. hollywood watch out megan fox 2 is around the corner lol

Other recent frolics have been Marbella, me and my 2 bessie mates went for a quick shoot up in the hills in a posh pad, then partyed at Ocean Club for the champein party. Then i loved it so much i went back with my chums Chelsea White and Imogen Thomas. Summer deffinatly felt like it had come, my tan is deep ! Lots more things in the pipe line includingpersuing my dream of acting …. stay tuned :O)

Yay big Brother is here and although i don’t watch it that much this year i will be glued to the TV… why as one of my gourges drop dead stunning friends ( sophie read ) has entered the house. Well it normaly happens once a month, either inLeeds or London , this time it was at Ghost night club in London. I spent 7 hours getting ready for the event, yes 7 hours. I was going as Mystique from the X-Men :O) It’s an amazing fancy dress part that the Dynamite boys host. Unfortunalty…… when you start to climb the ladder of fame you further to the top you get …. the more people want to pull you down. in december 2007 a pathetic silly little man wrote a page worth of laughable crap about me in The news of the world, ho these people can do it without even having any hard facts o evidence just silly rumours is beyond me. People shouldn’t writ what the don’t know about.

It was a really ruff year whilst i sued the paper, with an atempt of an overdoes and losing work, and family sorrow i struggled through and came out of it a better, stronger person. These so called “news reporters’ really should start having some morals, i don’t know how they sleep at night !

Anyway …. i will say no more as this will all be in my book, which will explain everything anything, the facts, the truth and the lies and i will be naming and shaming EVERYONE involved :O)

Well it’s been 7 months and me and the girls ( Monica Harris, Sara Scott and Tillie Thompson) Are back in action. Miss Adventures is an interactive website, where you can phone text and chat to us 24/7, it is currently being made into a 26 episode T.V programme to air at the end of h year on a popular channel. ( Everythings being kept top secret at the moment though) Forth coming episodes include us doing task’s like : being airstudese, climbing moutains, farming, scuba diving, visits to arack and play boy mansion. All very exciting !!

This is something i found a few years ago on the net and really liked:

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a
day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar…and the coffee…

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.

When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty
mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the
students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar.
He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf
balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course,

the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full.

The students responded with a unanimous “yes.”

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and
poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space
between the sand. The students laughed.

“Now,” said the professor, as the laughter subsided, ” I want you to recognize that
this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things- God, family, children,
your health, your friends, and your favorite passions -hings that if everything else was
lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things
that matter like your house, and your cars The sand is everything else-the small stuff.

“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no room for the
pebbles
or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the
small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Take time to play Take time
to get medical checkups. Go out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time
to clean the house and fix the disposal.”

Take care of the golf balls first, the things that really matter. Set your priorities.
The rest is just sand.”

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.

The professor smiled. “I’m glad you asked. It just goes to show you that no matter how
full your life may seem, there’s always room for conversation, holding hands and a couple
of cups of coffee with a friend.”
