The Mayonnaise Jar

This is something i found a few years ago on the net and really liked:
When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a
day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar…and the coffee…
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty
mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the
students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar.
He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf
balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course,
the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full.
The students responded with a unanimous “yes.”
The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and
poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space
between the sand. The students laughed.
“Now,” said the professor, as the laughter subsided, ” I want you to recognize that
this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things- God, family, children,
your health, your friends, and your favorite passions -hings that if everything else was
lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things
that matter like your house, and your cars The sand is everything else-the small stuff.
“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no room for the
pebbles
or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the
small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.
Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Take time to play Take time
to get medical checkups. Go out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time
to clean the house and fix the disposal.”
Take care of the golf balls first, the things that really matter. Set your priorities.
The rest is just sand.”
One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.
The professor smiled. “I’m glad you asked. It just goes to show you that no matter how
full your life may seem, there’s always room for conversation, holding hands and a couple
of cups of coffee with a friend.”
Miss Adventures – update

After 6 months of filming the episodes and filming footage in the house, it’s time to ……….. do another 6 months ! It’s been amazing time living in the 4 bedroom penthouse flat in Central london with 3 of the most funny, intelligent amazingly funny girls the producers of miss adventures could if picked. in the next coming weeks, we have so much to look forward to, follow us snowboarding, visiting L.A , getting consolations for life changing operations and much more. We will also b doing public appearances around the UK in night clubs near you. ( Keep popping back for updates ) meanwhile we have having a revamp of the house and the site so please visit www.missadventures.tv in 2 weeks to see the fully up and running new site!
Miss adventures will be airing hopefully in the summer on popular sky channel :O)
PlayBoY Europe Tour

Switzerland… FRance…. UK …. yes yes playmates are around europe for 2008/2009. I’ve been chosen from all the cyber girls/playmates to join the gorges girls in the official playboy tour. As i was MIss July 2007 I was proud to join the bunny’s and represent the UK around europe. We’ve met some super star DJ’s, some amazing models and stopped in some of the worlds top hotels whilst doing a bit of work of course ! The playboy tour consist of a group of 8 or more playmates from around the world, UK, Spain, France , Germany and Poland. Thanks to my wonderful friend Gemma i have managed to create some high commercial images which have already landed me a top end job ….. thought i’d try out the “oh natural look ” no hair extensions and crazy make-up. ( see portfolio for updated images)
